Went shopping with HJ today!
And we went to try out Shiok maki from Koh Grill & Sushi bar.

LOL! It's quite funny coz Pi Tan is actually a direct pinyin translation of 皮蛋, which is what is inside the maki. 

And Shiok Maki is really really good!

But.... expensive too. 

It's like $16.80 for 5.

After shopping with HJ for 5 hours (best shopping buddy <3 p="">

Went to find Maria and Beth for dinner!

We had atas pepperlunch LOL

Can't rmb the last time I had pepperlunch, think it was in secondary sch. 

Now, they actually have spaghetti option! 

Which I tried but I think I much rather prefer the rice version. 

Haven't had such enjoyable times in a while. 

Today, is a good day. :)

It was a lesson learnt, and an experience I hope I will never have to go through again. 

On the cab home on Fri, I asked the taxi driver a question during the journey home:

Uncle, how do you let go and move on from something?

And the uncle was kind enough to answer:

There's a few ways. First, you ignore the person or thing you are moving on from. And eventually, it will fade off. Or, you can confront the person and settle all the unresolved issues and give yourself some closure. 

The taxi uncle is happily married with  3 kids and driving cab now because he has retired.

Before I alight from the cab, he shared some last words:

Girl, don't take life so seriously. Remember this.
